We love our products and want you to love them, too. If for any reason you don’t, please initiate a return within 30 days of your ship date.

Please note that to return your device:

It must be purchased directly from Hatch.co within 30 days

If possible, please return all items in their original packaging

You assume the risk of loss or damage during return shipping

Third party purchase? Products purchased from a third party must be returned to that seller according to the store’s policy.  Please contact that seller for assistance with your return.
